In this contract, the Seller and the Buyer will be referred to together as the "Parties".

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, in relation to the sale and delivery of products/services with the following qualities and sales prices, which the Buyer orders electronically through the Seller's website www.fegelcomfort.com.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

4. DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE
4.1. The product will be delivered within 30 days from the Buyer's order date, depending on stock availability.

4.2. The product is delivered to the address and/or person specified by the Buyer in the order form.

4.3. If the Buyer or the person to receive the goods is not at the address at the time of delivery, the Seller is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation fully and completely.

5. PAYMENT METHOD
5.1. Payment can be made using the methods specified on the Site (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

5.2. The product price must be paid for the order to be completed.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1. The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

6.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing or via permanent data storage within this period.

6.3. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the packaging of the product must be intact, unused and in resalable condition .

6.4. Products that are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal:

Products produced in line with the Buyer's special requests or personal needs
Products that can spoil quickly or expire
Audio, video recordings, software programs that have been unpackaged after delivery
Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

7. RETURN CONDITIONS
7.1. The price of the product returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Seller.

7.2. Returns must be made via the courier company used during delivery of the product and with a return invoice.

8. RESPONSIBILITY
8.1. The product must be checked upon delivery; in case of damaged or missing products, a report must be drawn up by the cargo officer.

8.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1. In disputes that may arise from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the place where the Buyer resides or where the purchase is made are authorized, within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey.

10. ENFORCEMENT
By approving this contract electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have ordered the product subject to the contract and accepted the terms of the contract.
