Usage and Program Instructions

• Manual Mode (HA.00): You can set the duration between 1-20 minutes while standing still, and after starting, you can adjust the speed level according to your needs.
• Automatic Modes (P1 - P3): They have pre-defined rhythm sequences. In automatic modes, there is no manual intervention in duration and speed.
• Exercise Suggestion: While on the platform, it is recommended to position yourself by slightly bending your knees or arms to adapt better to the vibration and achieve high efficiency.

⚠️ Safety and Warning Notes

• User Limit: The device is designed for a maximum user weight of 150 kg; multiple people should not be allowed on it at the same time. Children under 12 years of age and pets must be kept away from the device.
• Placement: Place the device on a closed, dry, and flat surface, leaving at least 2.5 meters of space at the back. It is recommended to place a protective mat underneath to protect the floor.
• Power and Maintenance: Always unplug the power cable from the outlet before cleaning, maintenance, or transport. Do not open the motor cover except by authorized service. The device is for home individual use only.
