FEGEL COMFORT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES INDUSTRY TRADE LIMITED COMPANY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
By becoming a member of the www.fegelcomfort.com website (the "Site"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read the agreement carefully.
1. PARTIES
1.1. This Membership Agreement includes the following information:

1.2. Member : A natural or legal person who becomes a member of the Site, fills out the membership form and confirms the information.
TOPIC 2
The subject of this agreement is to determine the conditions under which the Member can benefit from the products and services offered on the Site and the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS
3.1. To become a member of the Site, you must be at least 18 years old.
3.2. In legal entity memberships, transactions must be carried out by an authorized representative.
3.3. The Member accepts that the information provided during membership is accurate and up-to-date, and that all legal and criminal liability shall be borne by the Member if this information is incorrect.
4. RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES
4.1. The Member agrees to use the Site in accordance with legislation, morality and integrity, and not to take any action that would violate the rights of third parties.
4.2. The Company takes the necessary precautions to ensure the safe use of the Site, but accepts that the Member is responsible for the security of his/her own device and software.
4.3. The Member knows that the transactions made on the Site are legally binding and that order confirmation and payment transactions are subject to the provisions of the distance sales contract .
4.4. Members may not share their username and password with third parties. The Company is not responsible for any damages that may arise from the use of this information by others.
5. SHOPPING ON THE SITE
5.1. The Member accepts in advance that he/she is subject to the provisions of the "Distance Sales Agreement" in his/her purchases made through the Site.
5.2. Prices and campaigns are subject to change without prior notice.
5.3. Stock status may vary. If the order is canceled due to insufficient stock, the Member will be notified and the payment will be refunded.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
6.1. All rights to all designs, software, content, brands, logos and images on the Site belong to the Company or third parties from whom it has received licenses.
6.2. Member cannot copy, reproduce, distribute or use these materials for commercial purposes without permission.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
7.1. This agreement enters into force upon approval of the Member's membership to the Site.
7.2. The member may terminate his/her membership at any time.
7.3. The Company has the right to unilaterally cancel the membership if the Member acts contrary to the contract or legislation.
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
8.1. The Company cannot be held responsible for technical errors, system interruptions or problems caused by third parties in the products and services offered through the Site.
8.2. The Company is not responsible for the content of external links on the Site or other websites to which it is directed.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
9.1. Member's personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").
9.2. Personal data processing and cookie policies are explained in the Information Text and Privacy Policy on the Site.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
10.1. This contract is subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and Istanbul (Anatolian/European) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes.
10.2. A Member who is a consumer may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
11. ENFORCEMENT
When registering to the Site, the Member acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and electronically approved all provisions of this agreement.
